Our inner world and daily life can feel very distorted, confusing, disconnected, overwhelming and quite frankly effing scary at times, when we're going through periods of change and having the right "someone" present is a most invaluable present. Someone who just gets you, who can be with you while you cry, talk in loops, be silent, swear and blind coz you know not where to begin or because there are no words for your feelings or "it all just feels way too much!" can be vital. This is what Seah does. That is who Seah is, She is that someone. Seah's presence, warmth, ease and nudity with herself, her naturally down to earth way of being, of sharing candidly her personal experiences and spiritual insights, creates a most substantial, safe and comfortable "sofa space" in which you too will be able to drop, to release the weights - the exhaustive burdens of confusion, "not knowing", anxieties, lack of direction - and start to undress, to open, to earth and start to access your centre and retrieve your oasis of clarity, persono-spiritual power, inner peace and so much more... all at your personal pace. Seah won't spoon feed you but she'll help you to remember how to hold your spoon and how to feed yourself - how to re-embody the vitality of your Being, your body and your Spirit. She'll hold and nurture you soulfully with ancestral guidance and channelled insights in her role as co-pilot during transformative periods of your life.
